Uniswap launches Robinhood Connect for seamless crypto transactions

Uniswap (UNI) has unveiled its integration with Robinhood Connect, allowing users in the United States to purchase crypto tokens directly through the decentralized exchange's mobile app.

By bridging traditional finance and the cryptocurrency sector, Robinhood Connect has joined Coinbase Pay and Moonpay as one of the three providers enabling crypto purchases on the Uniswap protocol. With this integration, Uniswap users gain the flexibility to fund their crypto holdings using funds from their Robinhood accounts, debit cards, or bank transfers.

As stated on Uniswap's blog, Robinhood will transfer $10 worth of USD Coin (USDC) to users who purchase at least $10 worth of crypto tokens on Uniswap using the new payment gateway.

Meanwhile, Uniswap has been actively broadening its crypto offerings. Last week, the platform listed Shiba Inu (SHIB), Shiba Budz (BUDZ), Floki (FLOKI), and other coins on its platform.
